Dramatic Age Reversal

I’ve invited an incredible line-up of the world’s top age-reversing authorities to my 2019 Confidential Cures Summit at the Eau Resort and Spa in Palm Beach, Florida.

This summit was planned and created for YOU. It’s NOT about abstract scientific concepts and medical theories. It’s about real solutions!

You see, I’ll be revealing how you can use the breakthrough science behind stem cell therapy, telomere biology and more to enjoy the power of youth with simple, safe solutions that can help you avoid chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and cancer.

One of our guest speakers is my colleague Elizabeth Parrish. Liz is known as the pioneer of telomere therapy. In fact, she’s referred to as Patient Zero because she was the first person to have telomerase gene therapy.

Liz Parrish is Patient Zero for telomerase activation. She’ll be a special guest at my 2019 Confidential Cures Summit.

And her results? Incredible!

Four years ago, before the therapy, Liz’s telomeres measured a very short 6.7. The 44-year-old was “aging much faster than others my age. According to my telomeres, I was supposed to be in my mid-60s.”

Today, Liz’s telomere length is 8.1. This age reversal puts her biological age closer to someone in their 30s!

Liz and her company BioViva are developing gene therapies to reverse diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and Alzheimer’s. I tell my patients that they aren’t “destined” to get these modern diseases. Because they have nothing to do with your genes — and everything to do with our toxic environment.

Modern medicine will tell you that if your Great Aunt Sally had heart disease, you’re destined to get it too. I never bought into that. Genes are only part of the equation and external influences like diet and environment affect how your genes express themselves.

It starts with telomerase. When you turn telomerase on, your

telomeres get longer. Your body starts creating younger cells.

In other words, you can reverse the aging process.

Activate Telomerase to Reverse Aging

Here are a couple things you can do right now to lengthen your telomeres. Just like Liz did…

  1. First, get some sunshine. If you can’t get 20 minutes of sun daily, supplement with 2,000 IU every day of vitamin D3. In one study, people took 2,000 IU of vitamin D a day. After four months, telomerase activity skyrocketed by almost 20%.1
  2. Then, take an amino acid called N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC). It helps rebuild an antioxidant called glutathione. Low glutathione is associated with short telomeres. But more importantly, NAC also elevates telomerase, the enzyme that repairs telomeres.2 I recommend starting out with 50 mg of NAC a day to get the telomere health benefits. And then building up to 500 mg or more. In fact, I believe in the telomerase-activating power of NAC so strongly, that I added it to my newest supplement.
