Q: My ebook will not download, what do I do?

Our ebooks are in PDF format. If you are having difficulty opening your ebook we recommend updating your Adobe reader. Updates to Adobe can be found by CLICKING HERE.

Q: I tried to open my ebook through the link provided in your email and it says that my order has “expired” what do I do now?
A:
Please call 866-792-1035 or email our customer service center with your order number and the specific product you ordered and we will send you an updated link.

Q: I clicked on the ebook link and thought I saved it but now I can not find it, how do I access it again?
A:
 Please call 866-792-1035 or email our customer service center with your order number and the specific product you ordered and we will send you an updated link. When clicking on the links, please RIGHT click and select “save as” instead of “open” then save the document to your desktop where it will be easy to locate. At that location, you will be able to open the document at your leisure.

Q: My audio file will not download, what do I do?
A:
Please ensure that your Winzip program is working correctly. If problems occur with the file, you may need to update your software. Q: I just received my ebook but I have not received my free bonuses, where are they?
A:
Any bonus reports will be delivered to you by a separate email that is generated within 24 hours of the time your original order was processed.  Please make sure the entire domain of ‘@alsearsmd.com has been marked as a safe sender to make sure that the email doesn’t go to a spam or junk email folder.  If you haven’t received the links within 24 hours, please contact us.

Q: Where is my order?

Domestic orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive. International orders may take longer. When placing an international order, please allow time for general customs policies and procedures.
