Hello from the Seminar

I’m here at my “State-of-the-Art Anti-Aging” seminar writing this quickly between lectures… The room is beautiful, and the weather turned out to be amazing for the beautiful breakfast The Ritz prepared for us overlooking the pool and the ocean.

When I first got here some of the guests were already signing up at the registration table so I spent a few minutes greeting everyone. We have a second table set up with a few of my books on it, and some people already wanted me to sign copies for them. So I sat and chatted with those folks as I signed their copies, and then I went out to enjoy some conversation and a bite to eat on the terrace.

The setting and the excitement of the guests made me even more enthusiastic about giving the first lecture of the day on “Reversing the Biomarkers of Aging.”

I spent the first hour showing slides and giving evidence about how we’re achieving these reversals at my clinic. For instance, I put up a graph showing how my telomere age has reversed. And the way we measure this is with our new Age Quotient (AQ).

The AQ is much simpler than other age measurements out there. They all use medical acronyms and strange numbers to report a slowing decline in your body.

But I’ve made it much simpler, and created a system that lets you get better as you get older. What we do is simply take your chronological age divided by your biological age – which is measured by a test like the telomere length test – and then multiply by 100.

So if you’re 50 years old, and we measure the biological age of your telomeres at, say, 54, then your AQ is 93. And if your telomere age reverses or even stays the same, when you turn 55, your AQ will improve.

The good news is, becoming more youthful in this way is something anyone can do, which I demonstrated during my lecture.

In fact, you can check out some of the photos on Facebook – just click here.

Which reminds me… make sure you don’t miss my upcoming e-letters, as we’re working on something big for you regarding the seminar, and I want to tell you all about it very soon.
