Magical Fruit Helps You Lose Weight

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

I’m constantly searching the world over to bring you natural remedies you can’t find here in the States. Sacha inchi from Peru; the amla berry from India; Garcinia cambogia from Asia; and Hoodia from southern Africa.

Today I want to tell you about one of the most exciting new “super foods” I’ve come across in years…

It comes from the African Irvingia gabonensis.

The locals are particularly fond of the Irvingia’s seed. They call it “ogbono.” They crush it up into a powder, creating a kind of flour. Then they shape it into tasty loaves or add it to soups and stews.

As early as the 1850s, the great British explorer Sir Richard Burton described African women using this powdery extract of the Irvingia seed in sauces.1 He also mentioned how lean and strong they looked.

What he didn’t know was that those sauces were a big part of the reason…

Turns out Irvingia, as part of a diet and exercise program, can help you lose weight.

Researchers in Cameroon recruited over 100 volunteers for a ten-week clinical trial. Some were healthy, some were overweight, and some were obese.2

They split the groups in two, with one getting Irvingia seed extract and the other a sugar pill.

The Irvingia group took 150 mg of seed extract twice a day—a half hour before lunch and a half hour before dinner.

They ate as much as they had before and exercised as much or as little as before.

The results? By the end of the ten weeks, the study group lost excess weight. While this result may have been slightly skewed by the obese subjects, it clearly shows that Irvingia can help you lose weight as part of a diet and exercise program.

The study strongly suggests that Irvingia promotes significant weight and fat loss. They also showed substantial improvement across a number of health markers including:

  • Better total cholesterol – HDL and LDL were brought into healthy balance

  • Lower C-reactive protein – A major indicator of heart health

  • Lower blood sugar – A strong indicator of metabolic syndrome

This new study is so promising I’ve put together my own Irvingia formula. And I’ve made it even better by combining Irvingia with four other fat-busting ingredients. Try my Primal Lean risk free today.
