Men’s virility… much more than low-T

mens-testosterone

A low level of testosterone (“low-T”) is a huge problem for my older male patients… and it goes far beyond a decline in sexual drive.

How low-T affects your health…

Low-T associated with aging also causes decreased muscle mass and bone density, reduced insulin resistance and energy, and even depression.

But going to a “low-T” clinic is not going to help you.

These places are often fly-by-night operations that hand out “prescriptions” for testosterone that are rubber stamped by doctors who don’t even see the men coming into the clinics.

Even worse, they don’t understand the testosterone protocol you MUST follow if testosterone is really going to do anything for you.

You see, if you keep giving men testosterone shots, two things happen.

First, your body shuts down its own production of testosterone.

Second, your body starts to convert a lot of that testosterone into something called dihydrotestosterone, or DHT. And that’s bad news.

DHT is a male sex hormone.

DHT causes a man’s estrogen to rise… which leads to increased belly fat, an enlarged prostate, increased risk of heart disease and a decline in energy and brain function.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Men can safely boost their testosterone levels and reverse much of the debilitation that comes with “low-T” in a few simple steps… Without triggering a flood of estrogen and DHT.

There are a few inexpensive, natural ways I’ve been using to safely and effectively raise my male patients’ testosterone levels for years.

I know they work because I’ve seen the positive results in my wellness clinic. And I’ve even experienced the benefits myself.

Three Simple Steps to Boost “T” Without the Side Effects You Get From a Low-T Clinic

    1. Eat more healthy fats. The biggest cause of low testosterone in men is the low-fat, high-carb diet that many misinformed doctors recommend.

Most doctors know little or nothing about nutrition. And the low-fat diets they recommend are actually high-carb killers.

By cutting out “fatty” meats and cholesterol, they substitute man-made poisons such as pastas and breads. But research shows that low-fat, high-carb diets lower blood testosterone levels.i

To boost testosterone through diet, men should be getting healthy dietary fats from things like grass-fed beef, wild-caught fish, walnuts, flaxseed and coconut oil.

Just don’t let the medical establishment scare you away from eating red meat. They say it will kill you early. But the fact is it’s more likely that not eating red meat will kill you — due to low testosterone.

Always remember to choose grass-fed beef. It has more B vitamins, which help your body to make testosterone. B-complex vitamins also help you absorb zinc so you can make more testosterone. And red meat is your only good food source of vitamin B12.

    1. Exercise with intensity. Vigorous exercise boosts testosterone, no matter what your age. A study at the University of Bath in England found that large increases in circulating testosterone were found within just five minutes after intense exertion.ii

In the study, sprints worked wonders. I’ve included sprints as one of the core exercises I’ve been recommending as part of my PACE (Progressively Accelerating Cardiopulmonary Exertion) fitness program for years.

PACE features short bouts of vigorous exercise that are specifically designed to boost testosterone production, along with lung power, fat loss, muscle mass and bone strength.

  1. Use the herb bulbine natalensis. This African herb has been used for centuries by traditional healers to treat male impotence. And more recent scientific research shows that it can be remarkably effective.

A South African study showed that bulbine natalensis produced a stunning 347% increase in testosterone when compared to placebo.3 And it even outperformed Viagra for improving sex drive.

Bulbine natalensis is one of the core ingredients of my brand-new testosterone-boosting male enhancement product called T-Max. I’ll be debuting T-Max in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more details!

In the meantime, by using these simple natural methods, men can safely and effectively raise their testosterone levels back to where they should be… without any costly and dangerous synthetic treatments.
