Did you make a resolution for the New Year? I was surprised to read that by today, the 5th of January, more than half have already broken theirs. Today I want to talk to you about a resolution to improve your health in 2004.

Why make a resolution about your health? There are two immensely important reasons. The first you already know. As a Health Alert reader, I know you care about your health. You recognize that it is your most important asset because without your health you can’t enjoy any of your other most cherished assets. So let’s focus on the second reason.

Your best lifelong health requires your attention, and most importantly, your action. In your modern environment, more than ever, you must use your intelligence to avoid threats to your health and actively seek health enhancing behavior.
