Air Force "Hush-Hush" Over My Visit

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

A few weeks ago, I told you about the time I went to an Air Force base.

But I didn’t tell you everything in that first letter.

There’s more to the story.

If you remember, the Air Force Colonel “KL” is a fan of PACE and uses it to train Air Force staff, especially those returning to active duty.

He invited me to one of the largest Air Force bases in the world to give him and his staff some PACE training ideas. The Colonel asked me not to make it public, so I can’t give you any other details.

But while I was there, one of his staff started a debate over lungpower. He told KL it was impossible to build lungpower.

I immediately disagreed.

Just about every “fitness expert” I talk to is convinced you can’t add size or power to your lungs.

So I pulled a file from my briefcase.

I showed him this graph. It reveals how PACE can give you the lungpower of someone much younger.

You can see that maximal oxygen uptake (how much air you can take in during a single breath) starts to drop off in your 20s and falls sharply as you age. By the time you’re 80, you’ve lost almost 60 percent of your lungpower.

But the people who challenged their lungs had younger lungs. No matter how old they were.

In one example, a man in his early 50s had the lungpower of a 20-year-old. Another man in his early 70s maintained the power of a 30-year-old.

Rebuilding your lungs in not only possible, you can do it successfully with little effort. And the benefits go far beyond your lungs.

When you do PACE, your cells produce more energy. This improves the way your organs use oxygen, keeping them younger longer.

After I showed this to the Colonel, he didn’t say much, but his attitude changed. He asked me how PACE could help give his pilots younger lungs.

His training staff was there with me, so I gave them specific PACE routines I use to build lungpower at any age. It even works for smokers and people with emphysema or COPD.

As I mentioned to you in my last letter, there’s something very secretive about my whole experience with the Air Force.

When I called the Colonel after I got back to Florida, he gave me almost no feedback. He simply said they were using PACE and implied I didn’t need to know anything more.

Is PACE now “classified”?

Well, if it is, that’s fine. I still feel honored to be called on by the U.S. Air Force. It was my pleasure to give them whatever advice I could.

I can’t tell you exactly which parts of PACE the Air Force are using, but I can tell you what I showed them.

I put it on a DVD. You can see it for yourself. Just follow along.

The workout I showed the Air Force is on there, including the lung-building routines.

You’ll also see the fat-burning technique I showed them. I wanted them to have something to melt fat quickly and give them the energy to get back into service. This move is so compact and convenient, you can do it anywhere, even in a hotel room.

I still haven’t made this public, so you’re one of the only ones to know.

You’ll see how it makes PACE easy to do. And from what I can tell, the Air Force is pleased with the results. It may not turn you into a fighter pilot, but it will give you a flat belly and energy to burn.
