What 60 Minutes Missed

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

When resveratrol made its debut on CBS’s 60 Minutes it was a watershed event. A major media outlet finally acknowledged a natural nutrient could slow the way you age and keep you younger longer.

But the show’s producers missed the bigger message.

This tears down the long held beliefs about your genetic code. It changed everything overnight.

Now we know that your genes are not holding you captive.

Even if you have a family history of a specific condition you can turn off that gene and turn on the genes that promote health and longevity.

In other words, what you inherited from your family is not set in stone.

The story of your life and how it plays out is open ended. You can pull the strings and levers inside your own DNA and decide for yourself what happens to you.

This is one of the most exciting breakthroughs in our time. You get to write your own life story. No more worry or anxiety about “acts of fate” you can’t control.

Some of the good anti-aging genes you can “switch on” are genes that:

  • Promote normal cell activity (prevents damaged cells from multiplying).
  • Stimulate DNA repair (fixes damaged chromosomes).
  • Enable insulin to assist glucose uptake into cells (normalizes blood sugar).
  • Facilitate production of beneficial high-density lipoprotein or HDL. (Ramps up good cholesterol.)

Some of the bad genes you can “switch off” are genes that:

  • Boost production of potentially harmful low-density lipoproteins or LDL (creates more of the bad cholesterol).
  • Override normal patterns regulating cell division (cuts off your body’s ability to regulate healthy cell production).
  • Promote excess production of insulin and inflammation (causing fat gain, swelling and joint pain).
  • Interfere with apoptosis (programmed cell death) of damaged cells (allows the bad cells to grow without limits).

Here’s another thing 60 Minutes missed… their story featured only one of these breakthrough nutrients. Resveratrol is worth the big headlines. But it’s only one of the players than enables you to call the shots inside your own genetic code.

Here at my clinic I combine two other nutrients with resveratrol for a formula with stronger gene-switching power.

I added EGCG (green tea extract) and SOD (the most potent antioxidant your body makes on its own).

I’m sure you’ve heard about green tea. Clinical testing continues to amaze the medical world. It’s one of nature’s great gifts.

SOD is the most powerful antioxidant your body has. Antioxidants that come from vitamins and food sources pale in comparison. SOD is the “master guardian” of your body’s immune system and is your number one primary antioxidant.

It’s so vital, production of SOD starts when you’re in the womb. In one study, genetically engineered mice whose bodies couldn’t make their own SOD died in just days from massive free radical damage.1

You don’t have to figure out which genes will give you the happiest, most vibrant life. These nutrients do it for you.

All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the gifts they bring.

Together these three nutrients make what I call RES-3. It’s ready for you right now.

I recommend you get yours before they disappear.
