Is PACE Becoming Classified Information?

Dear Health Conscious Reader,

Did you ever hear about the time I went to an Air Force Base?

I can’t tell you which one. The Air Force Colonel I met with, let’s call him “KL,” asked me not to make this public.

You see, KL had called me one day and said he was a fan of PACE. He had read my book, does PACE himself, and uses it to train Air Force staff, especially those returning to active duty.

KL had also set up PACE classes for women who have just had babies and the wives of servicemen on the base.

Why is the Air Force interested in PACE?

Well, if you think about what pilots need… PACE:

  • Builds bigger lungs, critical for pilots exposed to strong g-forces.
  • Strengthens your heart for increased endurance.
  • Fights the effects of aging, a much-needed boost for the aging pilots in our all-volunteer armed forces.
  • Boosts levels of growth hormone, giving stronger muscles, added immunity, and sharper eyesight.

When KL invited me to the Air Force base to meet his staff, I was thrilled. I never imagined I’d have the privilege of consulting with, and possibly training, the U.S. Air Force.

When I arrived, I was escorted to KL’s office. With him were the Air Force’s training staff.

After going over the fundamentals of PACE, the Colonel asked specific questions about building muscle strength, and heart and lung power. He also wanted a PACE routine he could adapt to the various needs of the staff on the base.

The strangest part of this whole thing was the secrecy. When I called the Colonel after I got back to Florida, he gave me almost no feedback. He simply said they were using PACE and implied I didn’t need to know anything more.

Is PACE

becoming classified information?

Well, if he doesn’t want to say, that’s fine by me. It was a fascinating experience, and I was glad to help our troops, even in a small way.

I can’t tell you exactly which parts of PACE the Air Force are using, but I can tell you what I showed them.

I put it on a DVD. You can see it for yourself. Just follow along.

The workout I showed the Air Force is on there, including the heart- and lung-building routines. You’ll also see the fat-burning technique I showed them. I wanted them to have something to melt fat quickly and give them the energy to get back into service. This move is so compact and convenient, you can do it anywhere, even in a hotel room.

I haven’t made this public, so you’re one of the only ones to know.

You’ll see how it makes PACE easy to do. And from what I can tell, the Air Force is pleased with the results. It may not turn you into a fighter pilot, but it will give you a flat belly and energy to burn.
