Shut Down the Aging of Your Skin

On Oct. 26, 2008, people all over the country attended my first ever conference on telomeres (pronounced tell-o-meers).
Surrounded by some of the world’s most recognized, cutting-edge researchers in the field, we shared how telomeres are the key to aging. And everyone who witnessed the event walked away with the ability to control their aging clock and add years of abundant health to their lives.
Telomeres are the “time keepers” attached to every strand of your DNA. They’re critical to youthful cell function. But each time your cells divide, your telomeres get shorter. When your telomeres run down, cell division stops and your life ends…

If You're Laughing, You're Living…Longer

Do you want to hear the funniest joke in the world?
If you do searches for the “funniest joke in the world,” this is the most common winner for U.S. audiences…
A couple of hunters are out in the woods when one of them grabs his chest, falls to the ground, and then lies there motionless.
The other hunter calls 911. “My friend won’t get up, and I think he’s dead! What should I do?”…

Your "Countdown Clock" is Ticking

Your “countdown clock” is ticking…
When it ticks down to zero, your life comes to an end.
The good news is that it’s possible to add more time to your countdown clock and extend your life by years or even decades.
These “clocks” are strands of genetic material that sit on the end of each chromosome. Called telomeres, these strands get shorter as you age.
Here’s what you need to know:

If You Just Do This One Thing…

If you want to stay as youthful as possible for as long as possible, here’s the first thing I’d tell you:
Do everything you can to protect the tips of your chromosomes called “telomeres.”
It may be the most important thing you do.
Here’s why:
Telomeres are the “time keepers” attached to every strand of your DNA. Each time your cells divide, your telomeres get shorter. When your telomeres run down, cell division stops, and your life ends…

When I Saw This Video, My Jaw Dropped

I’ve seen a video of mice the equivalent of 80-year-old humans running around like teenagers.
I wish you could have seen it… the video was jaw-dropping.
So, how did these “mice seniors” look and run like teens? They were given a new form of CoQ10.
The controls who received no CoQ10 were unresponsive and immobile. They had spinal and limb deformities, lesions in and around the eye, and discolored coats. Overall, they looked like dried-up corpses.
Remarkably, the mice who took the new CoQ10 looked responsive and energetic. They had no physical deformities, no lesions, and had bright, glossy coats. All of this in spite of the fact that they were actually very old – the equivalent of humans in their 80s…

Stop Your Brain From Shrinking

Did you know our brains shrink as we age?
Over the course of your life, your brain will lose five to 10 percent of its weight. It starts around your 20th birthday.
There are two things I want to tell you about today that can help prevent this very unfortunate consequence of aging.
One is an herb, and the other is a nutrient.
The herb I’m going to tell you about can actually help you to grow new brain cells.

Miracle Fatty Acid Adds Years to Your Life

Omega-3s may determine how long you’ll live – and it’s not just because they’re good for your heart.
Omega-3s may now have a profound effect on anti-aging by slowing down the shortening of telomeres.
What are telomeres? They’re protective tips that cap the ends of your DNA. Each time your cells divide, your telomeres get shorter. When your telomeres run down, cell division stops, and your life ends.
While this may sound like a clip from a science fiction movie, it’s real. And it’s about to change the world of medicine. Everything you’ve been told about aging is about to be transformed by this new science.
You may not have heard about this new breakthrough yet. That doesn’t surprise me.

CoQ10 – I Knew I Was on to Something…

I knew I was on to something important. My patients were already telling me, “This stuff is amazing…” and now I have the scientific evidence I was looking for.
It’s going to change the way you think about “vitality” forever.
A new study has shown that you can take a simple action to double your level of energy.
My patients are already doing it.
What does this mean?
It means you get more power, energy and endurance. It improves your mood and makes you feel more positive – more optimistic about life.

Decide Which Genes You Turn On…

I have some exciting news…
You have the power to decide which of your genes are “turned on.”
This means there’s no need for worry about your family history or whether good health “runs in your family.” For the first time, you decide which genetic codes are played out.
So, instead of sitting around hoping you inherited “good genes,” you can play an active role in your own future by turning on the genes that promote longevity – and turning off the genes that tell your cells to die.
You are about to take part in the exciting new field called “nutritional engineering…”

Get Physical and Grow Younger

In just minutes a day, you can program your genes to stay younger longer.
There’s new evidence that PACE-style movement slows down your aging clock, lengthening your life and making you more resistant to disease.
The professor that led the study said, “The act of exercising may actually protect the body against the aging process… and people may actually look and feel younger.”1
Research now shows that exercise has the power to turn back time. Exercise affects your telomeres, making them longer and stronger. The telomere is your biological clock. It determines how long you live. And how well you live…

What 60 Minutes Missed

When resveratrol made its debut on CBS’s 60 Minutes it was a watershed event. A major media outlet finally acknowledged a natural nutrient could slow the way you age and keep you younger longer.
But the show’s producers missed the bigger message.
This tears down the long held beliefs about your genetic code. It changed everything overnight.

Get Younger Skin and Erase Wrinkles with Breakthrough Technology

The telomere is the most important discovery in human history. We now understand the mechanism of aging and how to influence it. Life on this planet will never be the same.
In fact, the discovery of telomeres just won the 2009 Nobel Prize in Medicine.
I’ve been researching the power of telomeres for years now. I’m the first physician ever licensed to administer TA-65 – the only commercially available treatment that lengthens human telomeres. TA-65 is the most dramatic advance in the world of life extension.

Poison, Beauty Aid or Cure?

Not everyone wants to inject poison into their face. And that’s how a lot of folks feel about Botox.
I don’t blame you. But Botox is also misunderstood.
Botox is naturally occurring and when used properly can do more than take the wrinkles off an aging movie star.
It can end migraines, prostate problems, and muscle spasms. That’s what studies using Botox are showing. We are finding that Botox is not only good for cosmetic anti-aging; it may also ease some very irritating conditions…

Look What's Brewing in Your DNA

By lengthening your telomeres, you can extend your life. And that means for the first time, you can actually stop – even reverse – the aging process in your body.
Here’s the thing: Your telomeres are extremely vulnerable to oxidative stress…and that’s exactly what antioxidants protect you against. This helps keep your telomeres long. And that, in turn, will help you live a longer and healthier life.

Space-Age Discovery Adds 10 Years to Your Life

You know stress hurts. You worry, you feel anxious… you lose sleep. That’s old news. But now, through the discovery of telomeres, we can actually measure the effects of stress. And the wear and tear is more distressing than we even imagined.
Researchers at the University of California discovered that stress speeds up aging.1 This makes your cells die before their time – and produces all the terrible effects we think of as aging.

Wrong Resveratrol?

Resveratrol has age-defying power.1 It switches on the genes your body naturally uses to extend life under conditions of stress (like starvation). They’re called “sirtuins.” They slow the death timer that’s ticking in every cell in your body…
